Get Out of Bed!

Get outside of yourself and share kindness, empathy and love! Wow!! That’s easier said than done when you’re in the eye of the storm.

But, they truly are antidotes to stress and anxiety that is being experienced today. During these unprecedented and very difficult times, even getting out of bed can be very difficult. Emotionally though, following a regular routine like getting out of bed, getting dressed and making your bed will make a huge impact on your day. Getting outside of yourself and sharing kindness, empathy and love is the foundation to hope.
