MAY IS SKIN CANCER DETECTION AND PREVENTION MONTH..LOVE YOURSELF MONTH!!
When skin cancer is detected early it is life-saving. According to the Skin Cancer Foundation when skin cancer is detected early, before it begins to spread, the survival rate is 98 %.
PROTECTION is the best form of PREVENTION.
I have always said that “Clarity Leads to Power”.
-DO NOT use a tanning bed. It emits the UVA Ray which is the cancer producing ray. NEVER. Sunless tanning products have so improved and will create a beautiful natural looking tan.
– Do not “lay out in the sun between 10 AM – 4 PM“. That means try not to be in direct sun during that time. If so wear Broad- Full spectrum UVA- UVB Sun protection that is water resistant.
– All (men, woman, teens and children) should wear Broad-Full Spectrum UVA-UVB Sunscreen daily all day. The SPF factor # means how many minutes between reapplication if you are in the direct sun.
– Daily, one should use a full spectrum UVA-UVB Sunscreen at least an SPF 15 for protection and as anti aging prevention. Not only for your face but your body as well.

What is CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting is a noninvasive procedure that kills fat cells by freezing them. The body then slowly eliminates the dead fat cells. Patients see results over a three-month period. CoolSculpting doesn’t require patient downtime. Novita Spa launched the procedure in March 2015.
